Welcome to JingShen ("we"). By using mirroraart.space and the JingShen AI Agent software ("Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

JingShen is an AI digital human video generation platform. Upload photos and voice samples to create digital avatars and cloned voices, then auto-generate voiceover videos. Includes: AI script generation, avatar creation, voice cloning, video synthesis, and multi-platform publishing assistance.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old
• A valid email address is required
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• One account per person — no sharing

3. Subscription & Payment

• Free tier and paid tiers (Pro / Pro Managed) available
• Paid subscriptions processed via PayPal (card and PayPal balance)
• Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel anytime before the next billing period
• Service continues until the current period ends upon cancellation
• Price changes will be announced in advance

4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

• API costs for AI engines (DeepSeek, HeyGen, CosyVoice) are paid by you directly to each platform
• JingShen takes zero commission on API usage
• Pro Managed tier includes API costs

5. Content & Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate:

• Illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or threatening content
• Pornographic, obscene, or adult content
• Content infringing IP rights,肖像权, or privacy
• Impersonation or disinformation
• Hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence

We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend or terminate accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership. We only use it as necessary to provide the Service
• Generated Videos: You own them — free to use commercially
• Our IP: The JingShen brand, logo, site code, and UI design are our intellectual property

7. Service Availability

• We aim for 99% uptime but provide no 100% guarantee
• Third-party API availability is outside our control
• Maintenance or force majeure may cause temporary interruption

8. Limitation of Liability

• JingShen is not liable for indirect damages
• JingShen is not liable for third-party API failures
• Total liability capped at fees paid in the past 12 months

9. Account Termination

• You may stop using the Service and request account deletion anytime
• Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated

10. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
