• API Keys: Third-party API keys you provide (DeepSeek, HeyGen, CosyVoice) — stored encrypted
• Inquiry Content: Messages and contact info submitted through our customer service

Automatically Collected

• Usage Data: Video generation count, features used
• Device Information: Browser type, OS, device identifier (for activation binding)
• Log Data: IP address, access time, request path (server logs)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Generate digital human videos (your photos/voice samples are used solely for this)
• Send service-related notifications (purchase confirmations, feature updates)
• Customer support and inquiry responses
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse

3. Storage & Security

• All data stored on Alibaba Cloud servers in Hong Kong
• Passwords hashed with bcrypt; API keys encrypted with Fernet
• Data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
• Uploaded materials retained 30 days (Free) or permanently (Paid)

4. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on the following third-party APIs. Some of your data is transmitted to these providers:

• PayPal: Payment processing. Payment info goes directly to PayPal; we never store full card details (PayPal Privacy)
• DeepSeek: AI script generation
• HeyGen / Jimeng OmniHuman: Digital human video generation
• CosyVoice / Edge-TTS: Voice cloning and speech synthesis

We use essential cookies for login sessions and language preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

• Deletion: Delete avatars, voice samples, and projects anytime
